5.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment has been processed.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Your payment card will be charged at the moment you complete checkout. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

5.3 Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Shipping Methods:
  1. Standard Shipping: Cost is $12.95. Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  2. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Carrier: EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. Costs for re-shipping due to an incorrect address provided by you will be your responsibility.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Process: You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to receive an RMA number. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receiving and approving the return.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
