Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our operational hub in Chicago, USA. We are proud to offer global shipping to riders worldwide. However, to ensure reliable service, we are currently unable to ship to a small number of remote regions and some parts of Asia. A complete list of excluded areas is available at checkout.
What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two transparent shipping services to suit your needs:
🚚 Standard Shipping – $12.95
Carriers: DHL or FedEx (tracked service).
Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Best for: Timely delivery of competition gear or essential tack.
🎁 Free Standard Shipping
Carrier: EMS (Economy Mail Service).
Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Qualification: Automatically applied to all orders over $50.
Best for: Planning ahead for seasonal needs and value-conscious shopping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and quality checks in Chicago. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method (see above). All delivery estimates start from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Transit times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to customs procedures.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, for both Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx) and Free Shipping (EMS), we provide tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey to your door, yard, or club.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is paramount. If an item isn’t right, you have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
